Wonders of the world...

Earth is a miracle of God that created the universe and all its contents are adorning of soil, water, plants, animals and humans with a mind higher than the creatures of His other creations.

There are so many wonders of the world a gift of God, on this earth from ancient times until today or modern-day miracle always appear new.    

ANCIENT WONDER

1. Colossus of Rhodes statue

Located on the island of Rhodes, Greece, made by Chares of Lindos between 292 and 280 BC . Before its collapse, this statue stands over 30 meters, making it the tallest statue in the ancient  world.

2. Hanging Gardens of Babylon

Located in Al-Hillah, 50 miles south of Baghdad, Iraq on the cliffs east of the River Euphrates. built by Nebuchadnezzar II, grandson of the famous King Hammurabi, circa 600 BC. Area is estimated to 4 acre garden (1 acre = 4046.86 m). Being arsitekuralnya very unique, because it is stratified. The park is planted with a variety of beautiful trees and equipped with irrigation systems to a height of 100 meters above ground level. From the top of this garden scene can be witnessed around the Kingdom of Babylon

3. Mausoleum Maussollos

Was the meal that was built between 353 and 350 BC at Halicarnassus (Bodrum, Turkey) for Mausolus, satrap in the Persian Empire, and Artemisia II of Caria, was designed by architect istrinya.Struktur Greece, Satyrus and Pythius.  This Mausoleum about 45 meters tall.

4. Lighthouse of Alexandria

Is a lighthouse built in the 3rd century BC on the island of Pharos near the ancient city of Alexandria, Ancient Egypt. The height is estimated to exceed 115 meters and is among the highest structure created by men for hundreds of years.

5. Great Pyramid of Giza

It is the oldest and largest pyramid of the three pyramids in Giza Nekropolis and is the only building that was still part of the Seven Wonders of the World. It is believed that the pyramid was built as a tomb for Fourth dynasty Egyptian pharaoh, Khufu (Χεωψ, Cheops) and constructed over 20 years and is expected to take place in about 2560 BC.

6. Statue of Zeus

The statue was created by renowned skulptor, Phidias (5th century BC) about the year 432 BC in Olympia, Greece, which has a height of about 12 feet, filling the entire Temple of Zeus which was built as a house this statue.

7. Temple of Artemis

Is a Greek temple dedicated to Artemis, around 550 BC at Ephesus under the Achaemenid dynasty of the
